Delete your Chibbles account

You can delete your Chibbles account and its data at any time. There are two ways.
Option 1: In the app (fastest)
- Open Chibbles and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Profile.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and data are deleted right away.
Option 2: By email
If you can’t open the app, email chibbles.apps@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Chibbles account”.
We may ask you to confirm the request so nobody else can delete your account. We’ll delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and email you when it’s done.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, password hash and Google sign-in link
- All your tasks, steps, original text, transcripts, categories and tags
- Your completion history, Insights, badges and daily usage counts
- Your preferences and the subscription status we store
The copy of your tasks on your phone is cleared when the account is deleted in the app, or when you uninstall the app.
What we keep, and for how long
- Billing records: a record of subscription events (event type, date and account ID), kept for accounting and legal reasons.
- Crash reports and server logs: kept for a limited time under our providers’ retention settings, then deleted automatically.
- Purchase records held by Google Play and RevenueCat, under their own policies.
Have Cracker Pro? Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
