Terms of Use

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Francis Derit, the developer of Chibbles (“Chibbles”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Chibbles.

1. Who can use Chibbles

You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission, including for any purchase. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity on your account.

2. What Chibbles does

Chibbles uses artificial intelligence to turn text, photos and voice notes into suggested steps with time estimates. AI can make mistakes: steps can be incomplete, in the wrong order or wrong, and time estimates are rough guesses. Always use your own judgment, and check anything important against the original.

3. Your content

You own the text, photos and recordings you give Chibbles and the tasks created from them. You give us permission to store, process and send that content to our service providers only as needed to run Chibbles for you, as described in our privacy policy. Only submit content you have the right to use, and avoid submitting other people’s sensitive personal information.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use Chibbles to:

• break the law or violate anyone’s rights;
• upload malware or content that is illegal, abusive or exploits anyone;
• overload, attack, scrape or try to get around the app’s limits or security;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Free plan and Cracker Pro

• The free plan includes a daily number of cracks and other limits shown in the app. We may change free-plan limits over time.
• Cracker Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play. The price and billing period are shown before you subscribe.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies. Deleting your Chibbles account does not cancel your subscription.
• If we change Pro’s price, Google Play will notify you before it applies, and you can cancel.

6. Beta versions

Test versions of Chibbles may have bugs, missing features or data issues. Please report problems to chibbles.apps@gmail.com. Feedback you send can be used to improve Chibbles without any obligation to you.

7. Changes and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of Chibbles. We’ll try to give notice of important changes. Chibbles depends on internet services that can sometimes be unavailable, so we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Chibbles and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering Chibbles. If we stop offering Chibbles, we’ll give reasonable notice where we can.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

Chibbles is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or missed deadlines arising from using it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Chibbles in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll update the date at the top and tell you about important changes in the app or by email. If you keep using Chibbles after changes take effect, you accept the new terms.
